The supported sizes include A4, letter, an executive for both portrait and landscape orientations. The acceptable width is between 89 mm and 215.9 mm, and the length is between 127 mm and 297 mm. Other standard sizes include A5, A6, envelopes, photo paper standards, monarch and many more.

The maximum paper tray capacity of the device is approximately 150 sheets of plain paper with 80 gsm maximum weight. The primary paper type is plain paper and other supported types of standard and customized sizes. In the second tray, however, the maximum capacity is about 250 sheets of 80 gsm standard weight. Furthermore, there is a manual feed slot that can take one paper at a time to support.

The output paper capacity is at maximum, one sheet of special print media and up to 50 layers of the standard weight of 80gsm. The multifunction of the printer includes not only printing but also copying, sending a receiving fax message. There is also a single sided printing through the automatic document feeder (ADF) with a maximum width of 208mm. Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer

Windows

• Close all software programs running on your computer.
• Turn on the printer.
• Click the Download button on this page.
• Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
• Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.

Mac

• Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
• Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
• Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
• Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.

To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
