The temperature range during operations is between 10 and 35⁰C while for best print quality, between 20 and 33⁰C. The recommended humidity range is between 20 and 80% without condensation for both operations and best print quality. The Brother MFC-J4320DW printer also has an automatic document feeder (ADF) that supports the main input tray with an additional 20 pages of paper. The document size for the ADF width is between 5.8 and 8.5 inches and length between 5.8 and 14 inches.

The printer supports paper types that include plain, inkjet (coated), glossy and transparent papers. The recommended paper sizes include both standard and custom sizes such as A4, A4, B5, Monarch, photo, and letter. The maximum holding capacity of the input tray is up to 150 sheets of 20 lbs weight paper. There is also a supplementary input tray that can hold up to 250 sheets of the same standard weight of paper.

Also, the printer has a multipurpose tray that supports all the standard paper sizes up to 80 sheets. However, the output tray can only hold up to 50 sheets of printed paper. Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer

Windows

• Close all software programs running on your computer.
• Turn on the printer.
• Click the Download button on this page.
• Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
• Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.

Mac

• Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
• Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
• Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
• Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.

To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
