The print method for this device is through the direct thermal printing technology which produces an output at the speed of 8 pages per minute (ppm). The print resolution of the invention is on the average, 300 x 300 dots per inch (dpi). The standard paper sizes include A4, A5, Letter and other formats as well as custom sizes. The power options to get this device working include the rechargeable battery of 10.8 volts and an AC adapter to a circuit of 15 volts. The battery yields up to 600 printed sheets at full charge. Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.

Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
