The Epson XP-300 printer has impressive specifications that are one of the best machines for modern printing. In terms of the production speed, black text can run at 33 pages per minute (ppm) for an A4 paper size. At the same draft mode, the color printing rate is about 15 ppm. Borderless photo printing on a 4 x 6 photo paper runs at an approximate speed of 38 seconds per page. It also has attractive standard paper sizes that include A4, letter, legal, A5, A6, B5, and photo paper size. Moreover, the input paper tray can hold up to 100 sheets of plain A4 paper.
The scanning feature supports an A4 flatbed color image scanner with a contact image sensor (CIS) element as a multifunctioning device. It also helps a maximum paper size of A4 while the scanning resolution is about 1200 x 2400 dpi. When the scanning resolution is at 1200 dpi, the monochrome speed is 8.8 milliseconds per line. On the other hand, the color scan speed is about 28.5 milliseconds per line at the exact scan resolution.
When copying, black documents can reproduce at the rate of 33 copies per minute (CPM) at the draft mod. However, color copying with this device has a rate of 15 CPM at the same draft mode. Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.

Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
