Specifications
It is compatible with ChromaLife100 inks as the ink type capable of producing the best level performance. Monochrome or black printing runs at the rate of 12.6 images per minute (ipm) for the best performance. However, color printing has a speed of up to 9.0 ipm in the same mode, under ideal conditions. Borderless printing on A4, letter, or photo paper sizes can run at 39 seconds on the average rate of print.
Two-sided or duplex printing runs by manual printing operation for printing on both sides of the page. The individual ink tanks in the machine include the PGI-570PGBK for pigment black, and CLI-571BK/C/M/Y for the color documents. On the other hand, there is a set of variables of the XL type capable of producing high-quality materials. These rates pertain to the estimated supplemental yield and can be dependent on the complexity of the document.
The optical scanning resolution for the machine is up to 1200 x 2400 dots per inch (dpi) at the best performance. Also, there is a scanning speed of 19 seconds per page when using an A4 paper. It accepts a maximum document size of about 216 x 297mm while the scanning depth depends on the color mode. [Installation Instructions] How to Download / Installation procedure
Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.
Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
- Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
- Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.
To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
