The Canon ImageCLASS MF735Cx printer model uses a color laser-beam printing technology with support for A4 and letter papers. Also, the speed of the machine depends largely on the size of the paper in use. For instance, when printing on an A4, the rate is 27 pages per minute (ppm) for both color and monochrome. But when a letter-sized paper is in use, the rate is up to 28 ppm for printing in both color and monochrome.

At the same time, the print resolution is up to 600 x 600 dots per inch (dpi). Whereas, when printing an image, the output quality can reach 1200 x 1200 dpi. Besides, a refinement technology can up the resolution to the level of 9600 x 600 dpi. The warm-up time for the device is about 13.0 seconds or even less. It also takes about 8.3 seconds for the first print out page in monochrome but 8.6 secs for color.

Similarly, the recovery time from the sleep mode is approximately 6.1 seconds. At the same time, the compatible print language supports UFR II, PCL 6, and postscript 3. There is also an auto-duplexing component for the standard printing procedure. Also, the available paper size for the auto duplex print includes A4, B5, Letter, Legal, Executive, Foolscap, and Indian Legal. For direct printing, the supported file formats include JPEG, TIFF, and PDF.

Other supported print features include poster, booklet, watermark, page composer, and toner saver. Under the copying specifications, the copying rates are the same as when in the printing mode. The maximum number of copies this machine can produce at once is up to 999 copies. It can also zoom into the original images up to 400% of the original size of the document. Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer

Windows

• Close all software programs running on your computer.
• Turn on the printer.
• Click the Download button on this page.
• Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
• Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.

Mac

• Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
• Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
• Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
• Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.

To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
