One of the main characteristics of this printer is its automatic paper sensing through a particular auto-sense mode. This feature helps the printer to recognize any type of paper apart from the default plan typesetting. It can also detect transparencies, paperweight, and the gloss level. Some models of this printer also come with a stapling mechanism that staples printed pages by inserting the paper into the stapled edge. The printer also has a duplex printing feature that enables it to write on both sides of the page automatically. This printer supports plain papers, heavy, light, and midweight documents. Labels, transparent films, envelopes, cardstock, opaque film, legal and pre-punched. There are three different associated paper trays with this printer. The tray one is an input tray that can hold up to 100 sheets of plain paper, ten envelopes. For transparent sheets, it holds about 50 to load up.
Tray 2 is also an input tray that serves as a supplementary, but it holds up to 250 sheets of a 20 lbs paper. Tray 3 is an optional tray that can hold up to 500 sheets of plain paper of 20 lb. This tray is especially useful for the case of considerable printing work that may otherwise require loading up paper trays at short intervals.
The output tray can only hold about 250 sheets of 20 lb paper. The implication of this more for a commercial printer who uses the optional input tray 3. It means the user will have to be emptying the output tray more often during large scale printing.

[Installation Instructions] How to Download / Installation procedure
Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.
Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
- Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
- Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.
To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
