The connectivity options include hi-speed USB 2.0 rear port and Wired Ethernet LAN connection. Note that this printer cannot print through wireless connectivity. However, it supports Mobile printing through the installation of compatible mobile printing apps such as the Hp ePrint and the Apple AirPrint.
The physical dimensions include 11.0 inches of height, 16.7 inches in width and 11.4 inches depth. The weight is 32.6 lbs. The standard mode resolution is 600 x 600 dpi while using the input sensor mode produces a resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi. The device language is PCL3 GUI.
The print speed also depends on the complexity of the document in print, mode and the particular model in use. At draft mode, the rate is up to 20 ppm for black print and up to 16 ppm for color. Finally, the monthly duty cycle of this printer is up to 20,000 printed pages.

[Installation Instructions] How to Download / Installation procedure
Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.
Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
- Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
- Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.
To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
