The Epson XP-630 model has the Epson Micro Piezo print head with standard nozzle configuration with 360 nozzles for black documents and 180 nozzles for color printing. It also has a minimum ink droplet size of 1.5 picolitres (pl) with valuable-sized droplet technology. The compatible ink technology is the Claria premium ink with a maximum printing resolution of 5760 x 1440 dots per inch (dpi) with the home and photo categories.

Epson XP-630 printer model has multifunctional features such as printing, scanning, and copying. Printing with this device is at the rate of 13 pages per minute (ppm) for the black/white documents and ten ppm for color printing. These rates above refer to the ISO/IEC 24734 mode while the standard printing speed is different. For instance, printing runs at the rate of 32 pages per minute (ppm) for both monochrome and color pages. It also supports an average direct paperweight of 75 gsm.
When printing on an Epson Premium Glossy Photo Paper, the rate is 20 seconds per page. Scanning with this device at the single-sided mode has a speed of 0.8 milliseconds per line when the resolution is 300 dots per inch (dpi); when it reaches 600 DPI, the scan speed becomes 1.4 milliseconds per line. The scanning rate above applies to black document scanning. Color scanning at 300 DPI has a speed of 2.2 milliseconds per line. However, the scanning speed is 4.2 milliseconds per line at 600 DPI.
Also, it produces an optical resolution of 1200 x 2400 DPI at the horizontal and vertical dimensions. More so, it has a contact image sensor (CIS) as the scanner type. Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.

Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
