The physical dimension of the printer is 190.2 mm in depth, 424 mm in width, and 241.3 mm in height. Its control panel display is of LED type and comes with five buttons. The print method is drop-on-demand thermal inkjet printing, along with HP PCL3 GUI device language. Its printing output is black and white or color. The duty cycle of the device is up to 1000 pages per month.
With this printer, you can print documents with a resolution of 300X300 dpi in draft mode of both black and color. And the print resolution of the device in normal, plain-best and photo-best mode is up to 600×600 dpi of both black and color. It also supports duplex printing of two-sided.
It uses digital image processing method, and you can copy a maximum of 99 copies. You can enlarge document with this printer up to 25 to 400%. The copy resolution of the printer in the normal mode of both black and color is up to 600X300 dpi.
As of its scanning specifications, it can scan documents with a resolution of 1200X1200 ppi. The scan speed of the device changes according to the document complexity. Its input tray capacity is up to 60 sheets of plain paper, and on the other hand, its output tray can handle up to 25 sheets of plain paper. [Installation Instructions] How to Download / Installation procedure
Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.
Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
- Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
- Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.
To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
