The Sharp MX-2310U MFP machine has a multitasking controller as well as 160 GB of HDD space for document filing. It also has a Sharp Advanced Printing Language (SAPL-c) for network printing and network scanning. Inside the printer, package boxes are the black and color developer for excellent print output. In the display center, the machine has a color matrix touch panel that is as long as 7 inches in diagonal. Its resolution is up to 800 x 400 dots (W-VGA).

Specifications
Ideal printer functions include copy, print, network print, network scan, document filing, and faxing. During copying, the system comprises dry electrostatic transfer, dual-component developer, magnetic brush development, and OPC drums. It also contains belt type fusing and white LED exposure to display the status of the printer per time. The rate of copying is about 23 ppm for both black and color documents.
Copying can also produce a maximum of 999 copies from a single original document. It takes about 20 seconds or even less for the printer to warm up and be ready for printing. Whereas, the first copy time now varies according to the paper loading source. Using the platen glass, the rates for black and colored documents are 7.4 seconds and 10 seconds, respectively. But when the RSPF is in use, the proportions are 10 seconds for black and 13.2 seconds for color documents.
In the scanning mode, the rate is up to 50 objects per minute for both black and color documents. In the network scan, users can obtain a resolution of 200 x 200 dpi on single side letter originals. The paper system specifications include a 500-sheet paper tray capacity and extra 100 sheets in the bypass tray. The optional parts include the single, double, or triple drawer paper deck of 500-sheet each.

Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.
Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
- Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
- Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.
To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
