Brother MW-120 specifications
The printer supports several paper sizes of both standard and custom sizes such as A7 size (normal type) and label sheets. The Brother A7 cut paper is widely accepted with the size 74 mm x 105 mm and it feeds the device through a Brother paper cassette and an automatic paper feed mechanism.
The device has a build up that includes physical status indicator light of either red or green with charging indicator light which shows orange. The print method is the Direct thermal printing that has a line thermal print head which produces a print resolution of 300 x 300 dots per inch (dpi).
The rate of the printer is about 15 seconds per sheet while on the standard text on a thermal paper that has 7% coverage with an ambient temperature of about 250C. The power supply has a compact switching from an Alternate Current adapter that charges the lithium-ion battery of 7.4 V.
The printer is inbuilt is from a serial interface with a model number, RS-232C. On the other hand, the device is compatible with a USB version 1.1 as well as an infrared port that is compliant with an IrDA 1.2. The printer’s physical dimensions include a width of 100 mm, a depth of 160 mm and a height of 17.5 mm.

Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.
Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
- Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
- Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.
To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
