Specifications
The display part of the printer also has a liquid crystal display (LCD) with a display resolution of 119 x 24 dots with support for 20 characters and 3 lines. It also supports Caps, Alt and other keys and indicators. Unfortunately, there is no screen backlight, but the LCD contrast is adjustable. The media type must also have specific dimensions such as a maximum height of 27.1 mm.
The speed of the printer is up to 20 mm per second while the print head supports a height with a print resolution of 360 dots per inch (dpi). The printer also works comfortably with multi-line printing, also known as stacking with up to 16 lines. There is also the copy printing feature that can produce between 1 and 999 copies. Another feature is the multi-block that produces up to 51 blocks of printing output.
The barcode of the output has up to 9 standards while the horizontal alignment works for the center, right, left and justification. Users can also print in the mirror, rotate the printing, number the pages, and produce printing in different orientations such as landscape and portrait. The basic styles of documentation are also available to all users, such as striking out, underlining text and making use of essential templates.

[Installation Instructions] How to Download / Installation procedure
Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.
Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
- Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
- Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.
To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
