The printer uses the modern printing technology, that is the direct thermal inkjet print method with a maximum print width of 98.6 mm or 3.9 inches. The printable label length of the printer output measures about 1 inch to 10 inches. Similarly, the speed of the printer is dependent on the means of connectivity of the printer to the input source, the PC.
When users connect this device through a hi-speed USB 2.0 port, the speed of the printing process is about 4.3 inches per second through a label transport speed. However, connecting through the network access reaches a maximum speed of 24 standard address labels per minute. It is also worthy of note that slower print speed is possible due to the print interval between each tag.
The print resolution of this device is about 300 dots per inch (dpi) on the average, while the color depth is about 1296 dots. Other features that are evident on this device include the durable auto cutter with an irreplaceable component. The printer also has a template transfer protocol as well as a memory capacity to store up to 99 templates or a data of up to 2048KB.

Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.
Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
- Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
- Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.
To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
