The printing process of this device is through the direct thermal inkjet printing technology with a maximum printing height of about 59.0 mm or approximately 2.3 inches. The rate of the printer is about a maximum of 90 mm per second or directly 50 standard address labels per minute. This model of the printer, QL-550 has an auto full cutter component but with a user replaceable part. However, this device does not have an auto half cutter; neither does it include a media end sensor. On the other hand, certain environmental conditions should be in place whiner. [Installation Instructions] How to Download / Installation procedure
Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.
Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
