The maximum print width of the device is about 56 mm while the maximum print length is 1 m and the minimum print length is 6 mm. on the surface of the printer are the power, feed and print buttons for easy access and control. The inbuilt printer memory is 6 MB or the maximum of 99 print templates.
The print control commands include a P-touch Template 2.0, a Raster effect and an ESC/P control. Whereas, the power control commands include an AC adapter with an input range off 100 to 240 Volts at a frequency of 50/60 Hz. The release mode is also of a standard continuous tear off. The printer also has both Bluetooth and WLAN connectivity interfaces.
The weight of the printer is about 1.34 Kg while the printer height is 172 mm and the depth is 215 mm. The width is also 110 mm approximately. The connectivity options include a full functioning Universal Serial Bus (USB) version 2.0 full speed and another mini -B on its peripheral. The serial connecting cable is of model type, RS232C with a wired LAN connector of 10/100 Base-TX.
The USB host port supports only the PA-WI-001 that is otherwise optional with barcode readers for effective printing. Another optional feature is the Bluetooth interface that uses a Bluetooth component of version 2.0 EDR of class 2 and supported various profiles. Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.
Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
- Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
- Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.
To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
