The first page from this machine takes about 6 seconds or less with the letter paper size. It also supports printer languages, including host-based UFR II LT, PCL 5e, PCL XL 3.0 for 45 fonts, and PS 3 emulation. The print quality resolution is up to 600 x 600 dots per inch (dpi), while the maximum performance level is 1200 x 600 dpi. Besides, the full print size is up to the standard paper size and supports many print modes.

The notable print modes include a poster, booklet, watermark, toner saver, and page composer. However, it has an internal print memory of 256 MB for storage and data processing. The direct print also supports JPEG and the TIFF. Copying with this device has a rate of 35 ppm for letter paper size. Simultaneously, the quality of production is up to 35 copies per minute (CPM) for the duplex mode. However, the simplex copy mode has a rate of 17 CPM for letter paper size.

As a multifunction device, it can also fax documents with a modem speed of 33.6 kbps through the Super G3 processor. The faxing resolution is also up to 400 x 400 dpi by the ultra-line. Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer

Windows

• Close all software programs running on your computer.
• Turn on the printer.
• Click the Download button on this page.
• Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
• Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.

Mac

• Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
• Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
• Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
• Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.

To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
