Monochrome printing has a rate of 5 pages per minute (ppm) by standard conditions. But the maximum performance runs at up to 11 ppm. Conversely, color printing has a speed of up to 4.2 ppm by standard and 11 ppm at maximum level. The compatible ink cartridge configuration involves the CL-41 FINE cartridge model. An optional model for black printing is the PG-40, although the details are also available online.
The recommended media types include plain paper, envelopes, photo paper pro (PR-101), and photo paper plus glossy (PP-101). Other examples include high-resolution paper, t-shirt transfer, photo stickers, super white paper, matte photo paper, and glossy photo paper. [Installation Instructions] How to Download / Installation procedure
Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.

Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
