The setup options include a Windows Connect Now (WCN), Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS), and the Cableless setup. Besides, the recommended print width is about 8 inches, which is about 203.2 mm for bordered printing. Whereas, borderless printing reaches 8.5 inches, which is about 216 mm for the print width. In the printing environment, the recommended temperature range is between 5 and 350C. But the standard humidity range in this mode is between 10 and 90%.
On the flip side, while in storage, the temperature ranges between 0 to 400 C, while humidity is between 5 and 95%. Furthermore, the internal power supply supports a voltage between 100 and 240 volts at 50/60 Hz frequency. In terms of power consumption, printing and copying use approximately 16 watts. Whereas, when the machine is in the standby mode, the approximate power consumption is about 1.7 watts of power. At the ‘off’ way, it requires 0.3 watts of power.

Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.

Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
