Specifications
The optical resolution is up to 1200 x 2400 dpi with a modern scan facility under scanning specifications. However, some of the other scanning features include auto document fix, PDF file, a stitch assist, correct document orientation, and proper slanted documents. It also has the OCR component for text capture and MP Navigator EX. The leading scanning element is the contact image sensor (CIS), which scans both color and monochrome documents.
When copying, the machine can reduce the output image to 25% of the document’s original size. On the other hand, it can enlarge the output image up to 400% of the original document size. The copier functions include borderless copy, two-sided copy, 2-on-1, 4-on-1 copy, Frame erase copy, auto photo fix II and fade restoration. Simultaneously, the copy speed of color documents for the first page is about 20 seconds.
In terms of the interface options, the machine supports the single USB hi-speed port. It also has a PictBridge port for connecting cameras and liquid crystal display (LCD) that displays in color. The machine has two main paper trays where each tray has 150 sheets of plain paper. It also has full copies that reach up to 99 copies from a single original document. Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.

Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.

- Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.
To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
