Specifications
The maximum print resolution of the machine can reach a level of up to 4800 x 1200dots per inch (dpi). More so, the print technology is the inkjet FINE print head with a minimum ink droplet size of 2picolitres (pl). It also comprises of 5 individual ink tanks, including pigment black, black, cyan, magenta, and yellow. The compatible ink type is the ChromaLife100+ inks, an ideal component for printing great quality photos and documents.
The printer’s speed depends on the mode of print, which may either be color or monochrome printing. For instance, color printing is up to 9.7 images per minute (ipm). But on the contrary, when the machine is working on a black and white document, the speed is about 15.0ipm. Photo printing on borderless mode can reach a rate of 41 seconds per page, which also works for standard sizes. It is in support of double-sided or duplex printing.
The machine can use plain paper, high-resolution paper, photo paper pro platinum, photo paper, plus glossy II. Other paper types include photo paper pro luster, photo paper pro luster, photo paper plus semi-gloss, and matte photo paper. The main paper tray in the front part can hold up to 100 sheets of plain paper. By the way, the standard supported paper sizes include A4, A5, B5, photo sizes, letter, and legal sizes. [Installation Instructions] How to Download / Installation procedure
Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.
Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
- Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
- Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.
To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
