The ink cartridge configuration for the FINE type comprises of a PG-510 and the CL-511 cartridge models. Besides, the PG-510 model can print up to 220 pages of document or 2760 photos at maximum yield. On the other hand, the PG-512 model can print up to 401 sheets of the paper and 5205 photos at its optimum performance. These yield measurements are following standard estimated supplemental yield.
Some of the compliable media types include plain paper, photo paper pro platinum, and photo paper plus glossy II. The other media types are high-resolution paper, t-shirt transfer, photo stickers, glossy photo paper, and photo paper plus semi-gloss. It also has a media input tray that can hold up to 100 sheets of plain paper. Similarly, the standard media sizes include A4, A5, B5, legal, DL envelopes, commercial envelopes, and letter paper sizes.
But the media tray can only accommodate papers with an average weight within 64 and 105 gsm. But in the case of Canon special media, it will take up to 300 gsm. Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.

Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
