Canon PIXMA TR4550 printer has a double-sided printer through the duplex printing. Its print resolution is up to 4800 x 1200 dots per inch (dpi) at the maximum capacity. It also supports print technology with two FINE cartridges, one each for black and color. Printing speed for borderless printing is approximately 65 seconds on the average. Whereas, duplex printing on both sides of the letter or A4 paper.
The scanner type of the Canon PIXMA TR4550 model is the flatbed and ADF. These components produce a resolution of 600 x 120 dots per inch (dpi). Scanning depth for the input and output remains 16- and 8-bit for both color and greyscale. The first copy out time is approximately 27 seconds from the time of issuing the command. Furthermore, it can produce multiple copies of up to 99 from a single original document.
When copying as well, the zoom level can range from 25 to 400% of the original size of the document. Also, it comprises of other copying features such as fit-to-page, borderless copy, 2-sided copy, and 2-on-1 or 4-on-1 copy. It can also carry out frame erase text, collated copy for the ADF, and ID copy. In the copying mode, the user can adjust the copy quality to three levels of the draft, standard, or high quality. Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.
Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
- Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
- Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.
To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
