Epson WorkForce Pro WP-4590 printer model is a standard workforce machine with a modern print-on-demand inkjet technology through a piezoelectric feature. This system also has a variable-sized droplet technology with various print volumes of the cartridge print system. Printing with this device has a speed that depends on the print mode and the complexity of the documents. For instance, single-sided printing has a print rate of 16.0 pages per minute for black documents and 11.0 ppm for color documents. However, black document printing at duplex mode has a speed of .2 ISO ppm, while color documents simultaneously have a rate of 7.1 ppm.

The paper feed method through the friction feed has a main paper feeder and an automatic document feeder (ADF). The compatible standard paper sizes include A4, A5, B6, B5, legal, photo paper sizes, and envelope sizes. Regarding the paper holding capacity, the main paper tray can hold up to 250 sheets with an additional 80 sheets of A4 plain paper through the rear tray. The paper load must also have an average paperweight of 80 gsm.

In scanning, the scanner type is the A4 flatbed color image scanner with a CIS element. It also supports up to A4 paper while the pixel depth is 48 bits for input and 24 bits for output black and white documents. Simultaneously, the scanning resolution is up to 1200 x 2400 dpi, while the speed is about 3.8 milliseconds per line for black and white papers. Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer

Windows

• Close all software programs running on your computer.
• Turn on the printer.
• Click the Download button on this page.
• Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
• Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.

Mac

• Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
• Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
• Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
• Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.

To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
