The speed of the copying process is up to 19 copies per minute (CPM) for color while it is 21 CPM for black copies. The zoom range of the device is between 25 to 400% for up to 50 copies of production. The copying process can also be 2-sided and covers for both black and white as well as color with excellent quality.
The printer works well with several helpful features such as the HP SureSupply note that sends a notification when it is time for print cartridge replacement. There are four different cartridges with black and tricolor that comprises cyan magenta and yellow colors. The replacement cartridge models include HP 62 black and a tri-color ink cartridge that can print up to 200 and 165 pages respectively.
Other cartridge models include HP 62 XL black and color ink cartridges that are capable of printing 600 and 415 printed pages respectively. The average capacity of the replacement cartridges relates to the ISO/IEC 24711 according to the HP testing methodology for continuous printing. Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.
Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
- Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
- Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.
To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
