The maximum resolution of printing is up to 1200×1200 dots per inch. With this print optimize the maximum printing speed is up to 26 pages per minute. The languages built in the printer are HP PCL 6, HP PCL 5e and HP PostScript3. The printer uses the image enhancement technology like HP FastRes 1200, and HP ProRes 1200. For black and white document maximum resolution is 1200×1200 dpi and the maximum printing speed for B/W documents is 26 ppm (pages per minute).
The maximum copying speed of black and white document is up to 26 pages per minute. The resolution of the coping document is up to 600×600 dpi. Also, every document can be enlarged 25 to 400%. At the time, the maximum copy of documents is 99 copies. Through the UBD and LAN network easily connects the PC with this printers and deliver effective outputs for the users.
This printer is scanning resolution optimized 1200×1200 dots per inch, and the scanned interpolated resolution is 19200 dpi. The color depth of scanning documents is 24 bit. With the compact printer easily transfer the documents through fax. The faxing resolution of the document is 300×300 dots per inch.
The document and media handling type is ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) and input tray. The media feeder capacity holds the 250 sheets, and the output tray gives the 50 sheets as an output.

[Installation Instructions] How to Download / Installation procedure
Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.
Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
- Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
- Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.
To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
