The speed of the printer work is about 40 pages per minute (ppm) for monochrome work on letter-size paper. For the first print time in black and white, it takes about 8.0 seconds or even less. At the same time, this machine will take not more than 90 seconds to warm up to prepare for printing. Inside the printer is a CPU that can run at a speed of 800MHz and an internal memory of 512 MB. Also, the hard disk space can reach 80 GB while a 38 GB is available as the main folder.
In terms of the account control of the machine, it supports up to 1000 users, each with unique authentication. Each user also has a log-in name, date, character, page stamp, and document management for the first usage. The paper feed system comprises a standard input tray that can hold up to 500 sheets of plain paper. Also, there is a bypass tray that can hold up to 100 extra sheets of paper. Besides, there are three optional trays, each of 500 sheets in drawers.
Furthermore, the width of the printer is about 22 inches, depth is about 17 inches, and the height is 24 inches. It also weighs up to 97 lbs as the base model, and it also has a full tray sensor. The standard paper sizes include A4, A5, B5, together with the custom sizes.

Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.
Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
- Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
- Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.
To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
