The copier can be controlled through a 7 inches tablet-styled high-resolution color dot matrix touch panel display. The copier is designed with network scanning, PCL6 printing systems, auto duplexing, a 1 x 500 sheet paper drawer, a 100 sheet bypass paper and a multitasking controller. It makes a multiple copy 0f 999 copies and has a warm-up time of 12 seconds. The magnification power is 25% to 200% with duplex single pass feeder and 25% to 400% in 1% increments. With a shared 3GB of RAM and 320GB hard disk drive, the CPU multi-processor can boost up to 800MHz.

The network scanner can scan in color, monochrome, or grayscale mode with an optical resolution of 600 dpi. It scans to grouped and one-touch destinations and can perform up to a maximum of 94 jobs. The scanner output modes vary from 100 dpi to 600 dpi excluding 500 dpi. The Sharpdesk personal document management software comes with 1 user license and is also available for mobile download.

The network printer prints at a resolution of 600 x 600 dpi and supports both Mac and Windows operating systems. The printer uses IP/MAC filtering, user authentication, and other security protocols and complies with IEEE-2600 security standards. Some unique features include; image stamp and direct printing of common file types including encrypted PDF.

Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer

Windows

• Close all software programs running on your computer.
• Turn on the printer.
• Click the Download button on this page.
• Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
• Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.

Mac

• Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
• Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
• Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
• Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.

To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
