The Sharp MX-M620U monochrome printer is a multifunctional printer with the ability to print, copy, and scan with high speed and quality. It has a paperweight capacity of 60 – 250 grams per squared meters and can hold a maximum of 6600 sheets. This model uses a 40GB large sized hard disk memory and warms up within a less than 120 seconds period. It has a minimum of 128MB of RAM and can extend up to 384MB of RAM for printing and general operations.

Sharp MX-M620U specifications
The digital copier can perform operations with an original paper size of A3 and can zoom through a range of 25% to 400%. Sharp MX-M620U has a first copy out time of 4 seconds for black & white operations and can make a maximum continuous copy of 999 copies. The gradation (equivalent levels) is at 256, and the preset copy ratio set to 10. It works on a high-quality scan resolution of 600 x 600 dpi and a print resolution of 600 dpi.
The scanner uses both the push scan method and the pull scan method. It has a standard optional network scanner and can save files in PDF, TIFF, TIFF-F, TIFF-FX, and linearized PDF formats. It runs based on utility software like the Network scan tool, Sharp TWAIN and Sharpdesk for desktop personal document management and can perform up to a maximum of 100 jobs. With large filing storage, this copier has a 20000 pages filing capacity in its main and custom storage folders and can support up to 500 storage folders.
Sharp MX-M620U driver supports both Windows and Mac operating systems and has an optional standard network. Sharp MX-M620U has a resolution of 600 x 600 dpi and enhances up to 600 x 1200 dpi. Available connection protocols include AppleTalk, IPX/SPX, and Netware. The standard connection interface is a high-speed USB 2.0 and optional 10/100BaseTX Ethernet socket.

Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.
Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
- Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
- Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.
To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
