Specifications
The speed of color printing is up to 9.3images per minute (ipm) while the printer is at its best performance. On the other hand, monochrome or black printing can work at a rate of 12.5 ipm. Similarly, when scanning, the optical resolution is up to 2400 x 4800 dots per inch (dpi) through the scanning facility. Besides, the scanner depth is about 24-bit with a flatbed component and contact image sensor (CIS) color scanner.
Some of the other scanner features include support for jpeg, compact or standard pdf, and png formats. Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.

Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
