Specifications
The machine uses the Canon FINE (Full-lithography inkjet Nozzle Engineering) technology to maintain productivity. Whereas, it supports the use of six different ink palettes, including cyan, magenta, yellow, photo black and two matte blacks. On the other hand, the nozzle configuration for each of the palettes is 2560 nozzles. It also has a minimum ink droplet size of 4 picolitres (pl). The display component of the Canon imagePROGRAF iPF600 printer model is a liquid crystal display (LCD) screen. It can also connect by using the standard USB 2.0 hi-speed port or the Ethernet LAN port. As a large format printer, it is an ideal instrument for print houses and large-scale publishing. It supports the use of a wide range of media sizes, including coated paper, glossy paper, and glossy photo paper. As an Energy Star rated device, it is safe to use in the environment.
Furthermore, it is compatible with synthetic paper, tracing paper, translucent film, semi-gloss photo paper, self-adhesive synthetic paper, and others. But for the sizes, the options include A2, A3, A4, B3, B4, Roll A1, and Roll A2. Each of the printer consumables, such as the ink tank can hold a volume of 90 ml per container. [Installation Instructions] How to Download / Installation procedure
Note: Do not connect the USB cable until requested by the installer. If you connect to the network, make sure the network cable is connected before running the installer
Windows
- Close all software programs running on your computer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Click the Download button on this page.
- Click the downloaded file. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically begin.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the installation.
Mac
- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded file and mount it on the Disk Image.
- Then Double-click the mounted Disk Image.
- Double-click the packaged file in the folder. Installation starts automatically.
To install later, select Save in step 4 and choose a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, search and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the installation.
